1. You must Download Driver USB for Install on your computer: Download Here

2. Download Firmware file .apc for your Device.
3. Download and extract spreadtrum Upgrade Tool on your computer: Download Here
4. and, you must click UpgradDownload.exe
5. then to open Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool already you have to connect USB your device to the computer ( make sure your device is switch off).
6. your device android is connected successfully with computer. click on the Load Packed Button and add file .pac
